Qualifications

• Experience with ticket inventory management, ticket fulfillment, ticket brokerage, box-office operations, marketplace fulfillment, or a closely related position.
• Strong knowledge of mobile ticket transfers, ticket links, PDFs, barcodes, delayed delivery, and other common ticket-delivery methods.
• Familiarity with major ticketing and resale platforms such as Ticketmaster, StubHub, SeatGeek, Vivid Seats, TickPick, Gametime, or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and organized ticket inventory across all internal systems, ticketing platforms, and marketplaces.
• Fulfill outstanding orders as soon as the corresponding tickets become available.
• Monitor in-hand dates daily and ensure all orders that have reached their in-hand date are fulfilled promptly.
• Confirm that tickets are correctly matched to each order, including event, date, venue, quantity, section, row, and seat numbers.
• Transfer mobile tickets, upload PDFs, generate ticket links, and complete other delivery methods as required.
• Monitor ticketing accounts, marketplaces, emails, and internal systems for order or ticket cancellations.
• Flag canceled tickets and affected orders so the appropriate team can take action.
• Identify missing, delayed, duplicated, invalid, or incorrectly assigned inventory.
• Track tickets unavailable for transfer and follow up until delivered.
• Update order statuses, delivery information, notes, and proof of transfer accurately.
• Maintain records of fulfilled orders, pending deliveries, cancellations, and escalated inventory issues.
• Verify fulfilled orders have been delivered correctly and documentation completed.
• Communicate inventory concerns with fulfillment, purchasing, support, and management.
• Escalate urgent problems, including canceled tickets, missed in-hand dates, access issues, and orders at risk of non-fulfillment.
• Help improve inventory organization, tracking procedures, and fulfillment workflows.
• Assist with inventory audits and investigations when records do not match available inventory.
