Job summary

Check Point Software Technologies is expanding its threat intelligence team in the Philippines. We seek a detail-oriented Remediation & Takedown Analyst to investigate and mitigate online threats, including phishing websites, fraudulent domains, and social media impersonations.

This role offers exposure to threat intelligence, digital investigations, and online threat remediation, with opportunities to work with cross-functional teams and external partners to protect organizations from evolving

Qualifications

2 years of intelligence analysis experience (OSINT/WebINT) or related fields.
Understanding of internet domain fundamentals, DNS, and hosting.
Fluent English in speech and writing.
Passion for information security and service excellence.
Strong communication and collaboration skills across teams.
Excellent attention to detail with multitasking and prioritization abilities.

Responsibilities

Analyze phishing websites, social media impersonations, threat actors, tools, and techniques.
Mitigate malicious online content like phishing sites and fraudulent domains per policies and legal standards.
Monitor remediation events using Argos' Remediation Module from initiation to resolution.
Collaborate with internal teams to gather intelligence and coordinate timely responses to threats.
Monitor emerging threats and provide proactive recommendations to strengthen defenses.
Develop data sources including darknet and social media for research while maintaining online personas.
Build and maintain relationships with external partners to enable collaboration on threat mitigation.
