Job summary

Jobtailor in the Philippines is seeking a cybersecurity services delivery professional to protect and monitor client environments across multiple tenants. You will lead threat monitoring, incident response, and vulnerability remediation, coordinating with MSP processes to strengthen defenses.

The role requires strong English communication, calm under pressure, and a genuine passion for helping clients stay secure, with hands-on experience using Defender for Cloud, Sentinel, and related tools

Qualifications

MSP/IT outsourcing or offshoring cybersecurity experience is required.
Hands-on security service delivery across multi-tenant environments.
Experience with Essential 8 and NIST CSF frameworks.
Experience with Microsoft 365 Security (Defender, Purview, Entra ID Protection).
Knowledge of Azure Security (Microsoft Sentinel, Defender for Cloud, Privileged Identity Management).
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent written and verbal English communication.
Calm under pressure with problem-solving mindset.
Passion for helping clients stay secure and alignment with company values.

Responsibilities

Hunt threats, remediate vulnerabilities, and disrupt attackers.
Deliver security assessments and proactive improvements across client environments.
Own security escalations from the Support team.
Investigate security incidents, gather evidence, identify root causes, and prevent recurrence.
Configure, maintain and optimise ThreatLocker, SentinelOne, Huntress, Avanan and Cisco Umbrella.
Identify opportunities to simplify, strengthen and improve security services.
Help protect clients from an evolving threat landscape.
