Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim Business Services Philippines Inc. is seeking a Third Party Risk Management Specialist (Mandarin) to join our Manila-based team.

You will execute day-to-day TPRM activities, support stakeholders, and monitor risk exposure across the third-party portfolio in line with our risk appetite. The role requires a university degree in business, economics, law or related field, and at least 2 years in compliance or risk management.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business, Economics, Law or related field.
• At least 2 years in compliance or risk management, preferably in a Legal/Compliance Shared Services or in-house department.
• Strong customer focus and business partnering with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• High learning agility and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in business English (minimum B2); Mandarin or Japanese is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day Third-Party Risk Management activities, ensuring compliance with processes and guidelines.
• Provide operational support to stakeholders with end-to-end processes.
• Monitor and analyze risk exposure across the third-party portfolio, aligning with BI risk appetite.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth task execution.
• Manage task intake, prioritization, and tracking using provided systems.
• Provide first-level advisory support to customers via phone or email for standard or moderately complex issues.
• Contribute to development and maintenance of the internal knowledge base by documenting processes and best practices.
