Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim GmbH is building a KYBP-driven Third Party Risk Management team in our Manila GBS Center. The role focuses on day-to-day TPRM activities, stakeholder support, and risk monitoring across a third-party portfolio.

The ideal candidate has a university degree in business, economics, or law and at least 2 years in compliance or risk management, with strong communication and English (B2). Japanese or Mandarin skills are a plus for collaboration.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) activities, ensuring compliance with established processes and guidelines.
• Provide operational support to stakeholders with end-to-end process, and monitor risk exposure.
• Monitor and analyze risk exposure across the third-party portfolio, ensuring alignment with BI’s risk appetite.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of assigned tasks.
• Provide first-level advisory support to customers via phone or email, resolving standard or moderately complex issues.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of the internal knowledge base by documenting processes and best practices.

About Our Future Employee

• A university degree in Business, Economics, Law, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in compliance or risk management, preferably within a Legal/Compliance Shared Services environment or an in-house Compliance department.
