Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim Business Services Philippines, Inc. is expanding its Global Business Services Center in Manila and seeking a Risk Management professional to join the KYBP team.

The role focuses on third-party risk management, compliant processes, and risk monitoring across the portfolio. You will support stakeholders with end-to-end processes, provide advisory assistance via phone or email, and help maintain a knowledge base with documented best practices.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business, Economics, Law, or related field.
• Experience in compliance or risk management (2+ years).
• Strong customer focus and business partnering with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• High learning agility and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in business English (minimum B2); knowledge of Japanese or Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) activities per established processes.
• Provide operational support to stakeholders with end-to-end processes.
• Monitor and analyze risk exposure across the third-party portfolio in line with risk appetite.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of tasks.
• Manage task intake, prioritization, and tracking using provided systems.
• Provide first-level advisory support to customers via phone or email; resolve standard or moderately complex issues.
• Contribute to development and maintenance of the internal knowledge base by documenting processes and best practices.

About Our Future Employee
