Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in the Philippines is seeking a Third-Party Risk Coordinator to support vendor risk management programs. You will be the primary contact for low-risk vendors, ensuring due diligence and ongoing oversight are completed in a timely, audit-ready manner.

You will coordinate risk review checks, rating decisions, manage vendor communications, and prepare KPI reporting while partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with SOPs and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in risk management or related field.
• 1 year of experience in third-party risk management or vendor management.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Intake Verification & Triage: review requests for accuracy and flag missing information.
• Questionnaire Dispatch & Follow-up: route standard vendor questionnaires and remind for completion.
• Taxonomy Matching & Logging: identify risks and log findings using predefined taxonomies.
• Remediation Facilitation & Routing: escalate risks to internal owners and trigger SOPs.
• Standardized Approvals & Tracking: follow SOPs for vendor approvals/rejections and provide real-time status.
