Job summary

Jade Solutions and Management Services in Laguna, Philippines is seeking a hands-on Test Technician to perform electrical testing of wafers and packaged ICs using ATE systems from Teradyne, Advantest, or Keysight. You will load test programs, run test plans, and verify proper test setup to ensure data integrity.

In addition, you will set up fixtures, probes, and handlers, perform routine maintenance and calibration, and escalate complex issues.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical testing on wafers or packaged ICs using automated test equipment (ATE) such as Teradyne, Advantest, or Keysight systems.
• Load test programs, execute test plans, and verify correct test setup.
• Conduct functional, parametric, reliability, and burn-in tests as required.
• Set up test fixtures, probe cards, load boards, and handlers/probers.
• Perform routine maintenance, calibration checks, and basic troubleshooting on testers, probers, and handlers.
• Escalate complex equipment issues to engineering or maintenance teams.
• Collect, review, and analyze test data to ensure accuracy and repeatability.
• Document results in manufacturing execution systems (MES) or test data management tools.
• Flag failures, anomalies, or drift in test results and communicate with Test Engineers.
• Follow cleanroom and ESD-safe work practices.
• Execute test procedures according to SOPs and quality standards (ISO/TS standards).
• Support root-cause analysis for test-related yield issues.
• Work closely with Test Engineers, Product Engineers, and Manufacturing Technicians.
• Assist engineering in correlate runs, device characterization, and new product introduction (NPI).

2. Equipment Setup & Maintenance

• Perform routine maintenance, calibration checks, and basic troubleshooting on testers, probers, and handlers.




• Escalate complex equipment issues to engineering or maintenance teams.

3. Data Collection & Reporting

• Collect, review, and analyze test data to ensure accuracy and repeatability.




• Document results in manufacturing execution systems (MES) or test data management tools.




• Flag failures, anomalies, or drift in test results and communicate with Test Engineers.

4. Quality & Process Control
