Job summary

Power Integrations in the Philippines offers engineers exposure to power electronics and power semiconductor technology, spanning device physics to system‑level design and reliability challenges across consumer, industrial, automotive, and renewable energy applications.

As part of the team, you will work with SMPS test setups, EMI/Immunity testing, data collection, and reporting, building hands-on expertise with precision equipment and cross‑functional collaboration on real products.

Qualifications

• 0–5 years experience in an analog design environment testing electronic circuits.
• Associate’s Degree or Technical course in Electronics as prerequisite.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics for lighter experience requirements.
• Knowledge of schematic symbols and ability to read diagrams.
• SMPS theory and operation is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Test SMPS with e-loads, variacs, AC/DC source, DVMs and oscilloscopes.
• Perform ATE testing and data collection.
• Assist basic power-up and debugging of SMPS boards.
• Conduct EMI/Immunity testing (Surge, ESD, EFT, Ringwave).
• Perform thermal evaluation of SMPS units.
• Prepare equipment and bench set-ups for tests.
• Write reports in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Other duties as assigned.
