Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in test management.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Strong capability to identify, assess, escalate, and mitigate testing risks.
• Experience with SAP R3 or SAP4Hana is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan testing periods as part of the overall roadmap.
• Oversee test environment setup, data preparation, and test tool selection.
• Support creation and improvement of test concepts.
• Derives test scope from project/deploy scope.
• Oversee manual and automated testing activities.
• Act as main QA contact across the project.
• Manage risks and issues related to testing and QA.
• Prepare testing reports and defect analyses for management review.
• Drive continuous improvement (process optimization/standardization).
