Job summary

Qualifications

We are seeking an experienced Test Manager to lead quality assurance initiatives across multiple game development projects. In this role, you'll shape testing strategy, build and mentor high-performing QA teams, optimize testing processes, and partner with cross-functional stakeholders to help deliver exceptional player experiences from development through release.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 5+ years of experience leading game quality assurance efforts across multiple projects or released titles.

• Proven success leading, developing, and mentoring high-performing QA teams.

• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, quality engineering principles, and the software development lifecycle.

• Experience designing scalable testing strategies across multiple platforms and product releases.

• Working knowledge of test automation frameworks, scripting, and modern QA tools.

• Experience managing project priorities, resource planning, and competing delivery timelines.

• Strong analytical and strategic problem-solving skills with excellent organizational abilities.

• Outstanding communication and collaboration skills with experience partnering across engineering, production, and leadership teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting AAA game development or multiple concurrent game projects.

• Experience with localization testing, linguistic QA, or global release processes.

• Familiarity with audio validation, platform certification, or live service testing.

• Exposure to cloud services, online systems, security testing, performance testing, or scalability validation.

• Experience using data and quality metrics to drive continuous improvement and inform strategic decisions.

• Willingness to travel occasionally to support project collaboration or business needs.
