MicroSourcing is hiring a Test Manager (B2B AU Telco) in Taguig. The role focuses on transforming data into insights, leading testing activities, and delivering high-quality test milestones onsite during dayshift.

You will work in a hybrid/onsite environment, collaborating with multiple stakeholders to ensure products meet customer expectations and drive continuous improvement across testing processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 5+ years experience in testing and delivery roles.
• Strong knowledge of UAT, BRT and hybrid methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to manage multiple complex programs.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.).
• Telco experience is preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end testing leadership and delivery, including UAT and BRT.
• Coordinate with E2E Business, Product, Architects and Vendors.
• Ensure products meet customer expectations and support business readiness.
• Provide test governance across teams and vendors and drive process improvements.

Your Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Business Intelligence Specialist to join our team, reporting to the Lead BI Developer. This role is responsible for transforming raw data into actionable insights, developing reporting solutions, and supporting stakeholders with data-driven decision-making. The role will also focus on automation, data integrity, and continuous improvement of reporting processes.

As a Test Manager, You Will

Testing Leadership & Delivery

• Lead end-to-end testing activities including UAT and BRT
• Develop test strategies, plans, execution and reporting
• Participate in agile ceremonies (PI planning, stand-ups, sprint reviews)
• Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of testing milestones
• Hybrid model (Waterfall & Agile)

Program & Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with E2E Business and Technical stakeholders, Product Managers, Architects and Vendors.
• Coordinate across multiple concurrent programs
• Provide escalation management and stakeholder communication

Customer & Business Outcomes

• Ensure delivered products meet customer expectations
• Support business readiness across operational processes

Governance & Continuous Improvement

• Provide test governance across teams and vendors
• Drive adherence to best practice testing methodologies
• Continuously improve testing processes and approaches

What You Need

Non-negotiables

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5+ years experience in testing and delivery roles
• Strong knowledge of UAT, BRT and hybrid (Waterfall and Agile) methodologies
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement
• Ability to manage multiple complex programs
• Hands-on experience utilizing AI tools (ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, etc.)
• Telco experience is preferred but not essential
