Job summary

ams Asia Inc. in Laguna is seeking a Technician, Test Product Engineering to support the CSA division's test hardware like load boards and probe cards, ensuring quality and production readiness.

You will perform preventive maintenance, debugging, and collaborate with engineers to resolve hardware issues while monitoring inventory and driving continuous improvements in a semiconductor manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor degree in engineering or related field.
• Experience with test hardware support, debugging and preventive maintenance in semiconductor environments.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and engineers.

Responsibilities

• Perform incoming inspection, registration and tracking of test hardware to ensure quality.
• Conduct preventive maintenance, cleaning, troubleshooting and minor repairs.
• Support hardware transfer, engineering projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist in resolving hardware issues to support production goals.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and consumables for production readiness.
