Job Description

• Close collaboration with colleagues from diverse business and IT units, assessing business and technical requirements for testing tools to deliver on system lifecycle activities (ideation, planning, implementation, maintenance, support and documentation) for existing and/or new testing solutions, for functional and non-functional testing.
• Guide planning of testing tools releases and set expectations for the delivery of new functionalities and tool upgrades. Definition and implementation of improvements on testing tools and related processes.
• Coordination of project activities and participation in cross-functional projects.
• Consult business and IT functions on testing solutions to increase quality and efficiency of IT solutions in a timely manner.
• Support the definition and implementation of the roadmap for testing tools.
• Align with other System Leads/SMEs to ensure proper integration with other tools and 3rd party components.
• Create and maintain GxP relevant documentation

Experience

• At least 3 years of experience working on platform management activities for testing tools.
• At least 1 year of experience working with Tosca.
• Hands-on experience in applying agile methodologies, including related tools such as Jira or Confluence.
• Experience working in a global, multicultural and diverse environment

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.
• Knowledge in setting up and supporting multi variant testing tools.
• Basic knowledge in operating systems, Citrix and VMWare environment.
• Knowledge in databases, such as Oracle, MS SQL or Postgres.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Excellent communication, team player, results driven, analytical thinking, problem solving and pro-active.
• Ability to work under pressure.
