Job summary

Advanced Energy is seeking a candidate for a role focused on evaluating products to international safety standards and customer specifications. You will interpret and execute product safety test plans while supporting regulatory compliance activities and helping to maintain laboratory certifications such as UL, Nemko and TUV-Sud.

The role involves assisting design engineers in test validations of safety requirements for power supplies, and performing administrative tasks related to equipment

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS ECE/EE.
• At least 2 years related experience; fresh graduates can apply.
• Familiar and hands on experience of electrical testing equipment (i.e. oscilloscope, multimeters, dataloggers, etc.)
• Knowledgeable with the following, a plus
• IEC60950-1 and IEC62368-1 Safety Standard
• Understand operation of switching power supply and trouble-shooting.

Responsibilities
