Advanced Energy is seeking a Failure Analysis (FA) Technician to deliver high-quality failure analysis on power supply units and components. The role supports productivity, yield, quality and cost targets by providing timely, accurate FA results and detailed documentation.
The FA Technician reports to the Failure Analysis Supervisor/Engineer and will perform troubleshooting to identify root causes, manage scrap and OTD, and ensure compliance with internal procedures and quality standards.

The Failure Analysis (FA) Technician is responsible for delivering high-quality failure analysis of power supply units and their components. This role ensures timely, accurate, and reliable FA results, which the factory team uses to drive improvement and containment actions. By supporting productivity, yield, quality, and cost targets, the FA Technician contributes significantly to overall operational performance. This position will report to Failure Analysis Supervisor / Engineer.
