Job summary

Bewell in the Philippines seeks a capable Sales Supervisor to oversee in-store selling personnel, monitor productivity and sales performance to hit targets. You will recruit, train, and orient staff to ensure drugstores are consistently staffed and well-manned.

You will create monthly performance reports, supervise product displays, and coordinate with accounts personnel to maintain smooth store operations across Makati, Taguig, Pasay, and Pateros.

Qualifications

• Graduated with a 4-year degree or equivalent.
• Experience in Pharmaceutical or FMCG industry preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience as a sales supervisor.
• Ability to lead, coach and manage a team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise in-store selling personnel and monitor their productivity and sales performance.
• Recruit, train and orient in-store staff to ensure drugstores are properly staffed.
• Prepare monthly performance reports for management.
• Monitor displays and ensure proper execution of activities across branches.
• Plan monthly coverage schedules and maintain good relationships with key accounts personnel.
