Job summary

Bewell in the Philippines seeks a Territory Sales Supervisor to oversee in-store selling personnel at Balintawak, Quezon City. You will monitor productivity, drive sales performance, and help ensure targets are met across assigned branches.

Responsibilities include recruitment, training, and orientation of staff, creating monthly performance reports, and coordinating with key accounts to maintain strong relationships. Prior pharma/FMCG experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4 year course.
• Experience in Pharmaceutical or FMCG industries.
• Has at least 1 year experience as a sales supervisor.
• Has the ability in handling, leading and managing people.

Responsibilities

• Supervises in-store selling personnel and monitors their productivity and sales performance.
• Conducts training and orientation as well as recruitment of in-store selling personnel to ensure drugstores are manned at all times.
• Creates reports based on the team's monthly performance
• Monitors products, displays and proper execution of activities or programs at assigned drugstore branches
• Plans monthly coverage schedule
• Establishes good working relationship with key accounts personnel
