Job summary

Probus Ventures, Inc. in Rizal, Philippines is seeking an on-site Sales Support / Sales Management role to grow relationships with teams and drive sales.

You will support sales activities by collaborating with internal teams and delivering timely solutions. The role also includes conducting presentations to prospective team leaders and agents, plus training and mentoring team members, leveraging strong communication, networking, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in account management or a similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.

• Creative problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in teamwork, communication, and presentation.
