Job summary

Zuellig Pharma is seeking a proactive Sales Representative to drive commercial growth across assigned territories by promoting medical devices and diagnostic solutions. You will build strong customer relationships, manage accounts, and support government tender processes.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related fields, 1–3 years in sales or customer service, a valid driver's license, and excellent communication skills to engage healthcare customers and close

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or any related course.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related commercial role.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the assigned territory.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying and opening new accounts through referrals and business development activities.
• Promote and present medical devices and diagnostic products by effectively communicating product features, benefits, and value propositions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular engagement and account management.
• Discuss customer requirements, respond to inquiries and objections, and negotiate orders to achieve sales targets.
• Monitor sales performance, track quotas, and implement activities to drive business growth.
• Manage customer accounts, ensure timely resolution of concerns, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Support account receivable activities by providing Statements of Account (SOA), monitoring outstanding balances, and ensuring timely collection.
• Assist in the preparation and fulfillment of government tenders and bidding requirements.
• Utilize EZRx, Microsoft Office, and other sales tools to manage customer information and sales activities.
• Stay informed about market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities to identify opportunities and support business objectives.
