Job summary

STADA Emerging Markets is seeking a Territory Manager in the Philippines to drive sales and profitability within the assigned territory by promoting pharmaceutical products and executing marketing programs. Job description

The Territory Manager shall be Responsible for the sales and profitability performance of the assigned territory by effectively promoting pharmaceutical products, executing marketing programs, and building strong relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs). Provides accurate product information to support trusted prescribing and product use.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call Management: Conduct regular MD calls based on assigned frequency, HCP potential, and influence, while achieving required call reach and strike rate.
• Excellence in Execution: Execute marketing strategies, CME, Doctor driven discussions (DDDs), product presentations, tactical projects, and other customer engagement activities with quality and timeliness.
• Reporting: Submit accurate and timely weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports, including post-activity reports, in compliance with company quality standards.
• SFE & Compliance: Follow standard field procedures, company policies, and required customer engagement practices.
• Overall Accountability: Drive territory growth, market share, and profitability through effective product promotion, quality execution, customer partnerships, and strict compliance with company standards.
