The role requires leading contracting activities, researching business agreements, and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external customers to support build and operations. You will ensure Globe-owned site lease contracts are timely renewed, and that lessor concerns are resolved in a compliant manner.

Qualifications

• Experience in coordinating, negotiating, and managing moderately complex proposals and contracts.
• Ability to research business agreements, government and commercial contracting methods, policies and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Resolve and close lessor concerns in assigned territory to avoid disruption of build and operation activities.
• Ensure all Globe-owned site lease contracts are active, safekept, renewed on time and compliant with guidelines.
• Maintain territory dashboards and escalate backlog priorities to mitigate aging issues.
