You will execute sales strategies, expand market presence, and cultivate strong relationships with customers and distributors across the territory.

Collaboration with cross-functional teams, gathering market insights, and providing technical product knowledge will be key.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of professional sales experience.
• Experience in Philippine agribusiness, specialty nutrition, or commercial feed.
• Proven track record managing a sales territory.

Responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets for Specialty Nutrition products within the agribusiness and feed milling industry.
• Build, strengthen, and maintain long-term relationships with key customers, distributors, and industry stakeholders.
• Provide market intelligence, customer insights, and competitive feedback to the Sales Leader.
• Collaborate with Marketing to support product launches, promotional campaigns, customer events, and marketing initiatives.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, customer activity records, and pipeline updates using the CRM.
