Job summary

Aboitiz Foods, part of the Aboitiz Equity Ventures group, seeks a results-driven Sales professional to grow Specialty Nutrition products across the Philippine agribusiness sector in Iligan. Develop strategies, expand market share, and build strong customer relationships in the region.

Reporting to the Sales Leader, you will identify opportunities, monitor performance, and collaborate with Marketing and Technical Services to deliver value-added solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional sales experience in Philippine agribusiness, specialty nutrition, or feed industries.
• Experience managing a sales territory and active customer portfolio in the Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets for Specialty Nutrition products within the agribusiness and feed milling sector.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers, distributors, and industry stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities; provide insights and recommendations to the Sales Leader.
• Provide product knowledge and training support to customers, distributors, and internal teams.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Animal Science, Agriculture, Agribusiness, Business Management, or a related field
