Aboitiz Foods in Cebu seeks a Territory Business Manager to grow Pilmico Animal Nutrition’s distribution by building strong dealer and end-user partnerships, translating market potential into actionable plans, and ensuring credit terms align with company standards.

You will drive sales, lead negotiations, manage territory KRAs, support distributors, and collaborate with third-party providers to strengthen the sales pipeline and customer satisfaction in the region.

Qualifications

• At least a graduate of any 4-year business-related course and/or with a degree in Veterinary Medicine or Animal Science an advantage.
• At least 2 years working experience in a related industry or 4 years sales experience in any industry.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to determining market potential at the territory through dealer and end-user profiling.
• Implements placement strategies and develops an overall business approach for the territory including placement and pricing strategies.
• Serves as a link between customer and company, supporting order fulfillment and addressing product/service concerns.
• Verifies information for prospective customers and leads negotiations with them.
• Plans and executes territory KRAs to grow the business and assists in AR collection.
• Engages with third-party service providers for technical sales support and trainings.
