Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements customer business plans and monitors progress.
• Promotes educational materials to schools, associations, and practitioners.
• Facilitates events such as seminars and book fairs within the territory.
• Manages selling expenses in line with the annual business plan.
• Presents and sells learning solutions using prescribed tools and approaches.
• Addresses customer concerns and reports to the Regional Sales Manager as needed.
• Gathers market information and monitors competitors within the territory.
• Manages administrative and sales-related expenses and submits forms for approval.
• Prepares Sales Order Forms and forwards to Branch Supervisor for processing.
• Requests examination copies and ensures timely delivery to customers.
• Submits weekly and monthly sales and expense reports for review.
• Coordinates stock pullout and collection of outstanding receivables with Branch Supervisor.
• Maintains knowledge of products, services, and learning solutions.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
