Job summary

Globe Telecom is seeking a Territory Delivery Lead (Broadband) to drive end-to-end delivery of broadband infrastructure within an assigned territory. You will orchestrate planning, engineering, vendor execution, and activation readiness to hit market, capacity, and revenue targets.

The role requires strong technical competence in wiring plans and network design, deep territory familiarity, and proactive risk management to ensure project success and governance across multiple concurrent builds.

Qualifications

• Experience managing large-scale broadband delivery projects.
• Strong coordination across planning, engineering, vendors and stakeholders.
• Ability to identify and mitigate delivery risks and enforce quality and SLA compliance.
