The Territory Delivery Lead (Broadband) is responsible for driving end-to-end delivery of broadband infrastructure within an assigned territory, ensuring projects are executed on time, within budget, and aligned with business and capacity targets. The role leads coordination across planning, engineering, vendors, and stakeholders, while managing risks, enforcing quality and SLA compliance, and ensuring readiness for activation.
The Territory Delivery Lead is accountable for end-to-end, program-level delivery of broadband infrastructure within an assigned territory, with full ownership of execution performance, financial outcomes, and governance. The role leads and orchestrates multiple concurrent projects across ODN builds, NAP augmentations, OLT deployments, Site Relocation Works (SRW), and other broadband infrastructure scopes—ensuring alignment from planning, engineering design and wiring plans through to activation (RFS/CRFS).
As the single point of accountability for territory delivery, the role ensures integration across planning, engineering, vendor execution, and activation readiness to achieve market, capacity, and revenue targets. The Territory Delivery Lead drives structured execution, proactive risk management, and cross-functional alignment, while managing external stakeholders such as LGUs, utility partners, contractors, and property stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery.
The role requires strong technical competence in wiring plan and network design comprehension, deep territory familiarity (including local conditions, ordinances, and stakeholder landscape), and the ability to execute delivery through partners while engaging with communities. The role demonstrates strong ownership and outcome-oriented leadership, ensuring delivery challenges are proactively addressed and resolved.
