Globe Telecom in the Philippines is seeking a Territory Delivery Lead (Broadband) to drive end-to-end delivery of broadband infrastructure within an assigned territory. You will coordinate planning, engineering, vendors, and stakeholders, manage risks, ensure quality and SLA compliance, and drive activation readiness across multiple concurrent projects.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end delivery of broadband infrastructure within an assigned territory.
• Coordinate across planning, engineering, vendors and stakeholders to ensure projects are aligned with targets.
• Manage risks, enforce quality and SLA compliance, and ensure readiness for activation.
• Own execution performance, financial outcomes and governance across multiple concurrent projects.
• Lead across ODN builds, NAP Augmentations, OLT deployments, SRW and other broadband scopes, from design through to activation.
• Engage with LGUs, utility partners, contractors and property stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery.
