Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end delivery of broadband infrastructure within an assigned territory
• Coordinate across planning, engineering, vendors and stakeholders to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery
• Manage risks, enforce quality and SLA compliance, and ensure activation readiness
• Own execution performance, financial outcomes and governance for program-level delivery
• Oversee multiple concurrent projects including ODN builds, NAP augmentations, OLT deployments and SRW
