Job summary

Insular Oil Corporation is seeking an Operations Assistant (Receiving & Dispatching) for an on-site role. You will handle receiving, dispatch monitoring, document prep, and coordination with multiple teams to ensure accurate records and compliant operations.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree in engineering and at least 1 year in terminal operations, with strong attention to detail and proficiency in Excel; SAP is a plus. Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any Engineering field.
• At least 1 year of experience in terminal operations, logistics, or dispatching.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; SAP knowledge is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Receive petroleum products from barges and trucks following procedures.
• Assist and later independently handle operations under supervision.
• Monitor safe loading of products into tank trucks.
• Verify sales orders and delivery schedules before dispatch.
• Assign trucks based on delivery requirements and prepare ATL/DR docs.
• Coordinate with Customer Service, Logistics, and other departments.
