Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business-adjacent field or related area.
• Experience in Food & Beverage, Retail, Hospitality, or Operations preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Willingness to travel between locations.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Basic understanding of inventory, operations and cash handling.
• Sales-oriented and customer-focused mindset.
• Proficient with Excel and Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate operations across stores to ensure smooth daily workflows.
• Monitor store operations, cleanliness, quality, and customer experience.
• Identify and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Ensure adherence to company standards and procedures.
• Support store teams to improve efficiency and service levels.
• Manage inventory levels and supplier coordination.
• Oversee cash handling, daily sales accounting, and reporting.
• Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and equipment needs.
• Assist with staffing, onboarding, and scheduling.
• Support business development, partnerships, and events.
