Job summary

Haskoning is seeking a proactive Tender Desk professional for our Water & Maritime team in Makati to support proposals, tenders and business development across the APAC region. You will coordinate, prepare and monitor submissions, perform market research, and maintain CRM records and assets.

You will work closely with Business Development, Technical and Marketing teams, utilizing AI tools to enhance proposal quality and productivity, while balancing multiple deadlines in a hybrid Manila-based

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing or a related discipline.
• 2–5 years of experience in proposal coordination, tender support or business development support.
• Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools is preferred.
• Familiarity with Oracle CRM / ABW, proposal libraries, tender portals or procurement platforms is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support business development, proposal and tender activities across Vietnam and the APAC region.
• Coordinate high-quality and compliant proposal submissions from template preparation to final submission.
• Monitor tender portals, procurement platforms and client announcements; conduct market research.
• Screen leads and support opportunity qualification with Business Development teams.
• Support strategic review of RFPs by identifying risks, opportunities and win themes.
• Coordinate proposal schedules, review meetings, stakeholder inputs and submission timelines.
• Liaise with Business Development, Marketing and technical teams across APAC.
• Maintain regional project references, capability statements, brochures, proposal libraries and assets.
• Maintain Oracle CRM / ABW opportunity records and support pipeline reporting.
• Prepare Power BI dashboards and regional business development reports.
• Apply AI and digital tools to improve proposal drafting and productivity.
• Contribute to Tender Desk best practices and continuous improvement across APAC.

Haskoning is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Tender Desk professional to join our Water & Maritime team in Makati and support proposal, tender and business development activities across the APAC region.

What you do as a Tender Desk staff (Water and Maritime)

As Tender Desk Staff (Water and Maritime), you will provide proposal, tender and business development support across Philippines and the wider APAC region. Working closely with Business Development, Technical and Marketing teams, you will support opportunity qualification, proposal preparation, tender coordination, CRM management and business reporting to improve the quality and efficiency of regional business development activities.

You are organized, resourceful, and comfortable coordinating multiple requirements under tight deadlines. You enjoy working with technical, commercial and marketing colleagues, and you take pride in producing clear, compliant and high-quality proposal materials. You are curious about digital ways of working and can use data, CRM information and AI-enabled tools to improve proposal quality and team productivity.

Responsibilities

• support business development, proposal and tender activities across Vietnam and the APAC region
• coordinate high-quality and compliant proposal submissions, from template preparation through to final submission
• monitor tender portals, procurement platforms and client announcements, and conduct market research across priority countries and sectors
• screen leads and support opportunity qualification together with Business Development teams
• support strategic review of RFPs by identifying key risks, opportunities and potential win themes
• coordinate proposal schedules, review meetings, stakeholder inputs and submission timelines
• liaise with Business Development, Marketing and technical teams across APAC, including support for major pursuits across countries and business units
• maintain regional project references, capability statements, brochures, proposal libraries, CapStats, Toolkit resources and other business development asset
• maintain and update Oracle CRM / ABW opportunity records, and support pipeline reporting and proposal performance analysis
• prepare Power BI dashboards and regional business development reports where required
• apply AI and digital tools to improve proposal drafting, research, document management, workflow efficiency, and productivity
• contribute to Tender Desk best practices and continuous improvement across the APAC region
