Cushman & Wakefield Philippines is seeking an Assistant Leasing Manager to join our Tenant Advisory team. This client-facing role focuses on identifying opportunities, developing leasing strategies and delivering tailored real estate solutions that align with occupiers' objectives.

You will build strong client relationships, manage a robust pipeline, and drive transactions from origination to successful execution while maintaining high service standards and market insight.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to develop new business and manage client relationships.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Experience in real estate or leasing is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Understand clients' objectives and translate into tailored property solutions.
• Prepare proposals for prospective and existing clients.
• Advise on occupancy options, market conditions, rental rates and commercial considerations.
• Negotiate lease terms and commercial agreements, representing clients' interests.
• Coordinate property viewings and site inspections.
• Drive negotiations and documentation through to successful transaction completion.
• Manage ongoing client relationships and renewals.
• Deliver high level of client service as a trusted advisor.
