Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities and client leads.
Build and manage a pipeline of prospects and potential transactions.
Develop leasing strategies to win new clients and grow market share.
Expand relationships with existing clients across relocation, expansion and renewals.
Negotiate terms, rental rates and commercial agreements on behalf of clients.
Coordinate property viewings and site inspections; drive transactions to completion.
Maintain ongoing client relationships and identify renewal opportunities.
