OutdoorWorX/SnowWorX is seeking a hands-on AI Automation & Implementation Specialist to help turn approved requirements into configured, tested, and usable AI systems within our remote workforce operating on U.S. Eastern Time.

This role is overnight/night shift for candidates in the Philippines and involves working with Zoho, Asana, Zapier/Make and Google Workspace to implement AI Managers, refine workflows, document systems, and ensure QA before deployment.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience with ChatGPT/OpenAI and AI assistants or agents.
Experience in prompt/instruction engineering and AI knowledge/source configuration.
Familiarity with workflow automation tools and API integrations.

Responsibilities

AI Automation & Implementation Specialist

AI Automation & Implementation Specialist

Full-time remote / U.S. Eastern Time | Philippines preferred | Overnight/night shift | $10–$12 USD/hour

OutdoorWorX/SnowWorX is seeking a hands-on AI Automation & Implementation Specialist to help implement an existing backlog of internal AI Managers and AI-assisted business workflows.

We already have an internal AI/technology lead, established system designs, source documents, SOPs, and multiple AI Managers already operating.

This is not a strategy consulting position, a general VA role, a machine-learning engineering position, or an OVERWATCH software-development position.

We need someone who can work directly with our implementation lead to take approved requirements and turn them into configured, tested, documented, and usable AI systems.

Responsibilities

Configure and implement ChatGPT/OpenAI-based internal AI Managers and assistants
Build and refine AI instructions, rules, and workflows
Organize knowledge/source documents
Test AI Manager behavior against business requirements
Identify incorrect, inconsistent, or unsafe outputs
Troubleshoot and correct configuration problems
Perform structured QA before systems are called complete
Document systems and create/update SOPs
Help maintain and improve existing AI Managers
Support workflow automation and integrations when needed
Work with Zoho, Asana, Zapier/Make, APIs, webhooks, and Google Workspace where applicable
Communicate blockers rather than guessing at business decisions

Ideal experience

Hands-on experience with several of: ChatGPT/OpenAI, AI assistants or agents, prompt/instruction engineering, AI knowledge/source configuration, workflow automation, Zapier/Make.com, Zoho, Asana, APIs/webhooks, Google Workspace, testing/QA, SOP and technical documentation.

We value practical implementation ability, troubleshooting, testing, communication, organization, and follow-through.

40 hours/week working SnowWorX regular U.S. Eastern Time business hours.

For candidates in the Philippines, this is an overnight/night-shift position. Applicants who are only available during Philippine daytime hours should not advance.

Initial 60–90 day project-based engagement. Continued work may be available depending on workload, winter needs, business needs, and performance.
