REMCO BPO CORPORATION is seeking an AI Expert & Automation Lead to rapidly prototype AI-powered tools and internal apps. You will leverage AI coding assistants and APIs to turn business ideas into working solutions, collaborating with Operations, Sales, HR, Customer Service, and Management.

You will design, build, test, and deploy AI-driven workflows, dashboards, and automation across departments while ensuring safety and governance.

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

We are looking for a highly practical and forward-thinking AI Expert & Automation Lead who can turn business ideas into working AI-powered tools, applications, automations, and prototypes at speed.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly skilled in AI-assisted development or "vibe coding"—using modern AI coding tools and Large Language Models to rapidly design, build, test, troubleshoot, and deploy functional software solutions.

You will work closely with different departments including Operations, Sales, HR, Customer Service, and Management to identify problems that can be solved through AI, automation, and lightweight custom software.

The focus of this role is not traditional software development alone. We want someone who knows how to combine AI coding assistants, APIs, automation platforms, databases, and modern development tools to turn ideas into working solutions quickly.

Key Responsibilities

• Rapidly prototype and build internal applications, dashboards, AI tools, utilities, and workflow solutions using AI-assisted development techniques.

• Use AI coding platforms and assistants such as Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, GitHub Copilot, Replit, Lovable, Bolt, v0, or similar tools.

• Translate business requirements and operational problems into functional software solutions.

• Build AI-powered internal tools without unnecessarily long traditional development cycles.

• Develop and deploy AI agents for operational, analytical, customer-facing, and administrative tasks.

• Build front-end and back-end functionality using AI-generated and AI-assisted code.

• Review, debug, test, refactor, and validate AI-generated code before production deployment.

• Integrate AI applications with existing business systems using REST APIs, web-hooks, databases, CRMs, communication tools, and third-party platforms.

• Build automation workflows using n8n, Make.com, Zapier, or similar platforms.

• Connect applications to AI models such as Open-AI, Claude, Gemini, or open-source LLMs.

• Create internal tools for areas such as reporting, lead management, customer service, HR, document processing, workflow management, and performance tracking.

• Develop proof-of-concept solutions quickly and determine whether they should be scaled into production systems.

• Research and test emerging AI development tools, models, agent frameworks, and coding platforms.

• Continuously improve existing AI applications and automation.

• Document developed systems so they can be maintained and understood by other team members.

• Train staff on newly introduced AI tools and internal applications.

• Implement appropriate human-in-the-loop controls, validation, permissions, and safeguards for AI-powered systems.

About You

We are looking for someone who enjoys building things quickly with AI and can move from an idea to a working prototype without waiting for a large traditional development team.

You should have:

• Strong hands-on experience with AI-assisted coding / vibe coding.

• Ability to use natural-language instructions and AI coding assistants to build functional software.

• Experience building complete applications or internal tools using platforms such as Cursor, Claude Code, Windsurf, Replit, Lovable, Bolt, v0, or equivalent tools.

• Strong understanding of Large Language Models and generative AI.

• Experience integrating APIs from platforms such as OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Gemini, or similar AI providers.

• Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, databases, authentication, and system integrations.

• Experience with automation tools such as n8n, Make.com, Zapier, or similar platforms.

• Ability to troubleshoot and debug AI-generated code rather than blindly relying on AI output.

• Ability to understand an existing business process and quickly design a technical solution around it.

• Strong problem-solving and experimentation skills.

• Ability to independently research unfamiliar technologies and rapidly learn new platforms.

• Ability to explain technical solutions clearly to management and non-technical employees.

Technical Skills We Value

Candidates do not need to be traditional senior software engineers, but they should understand enough development fundamentals to safely build and maintain AI-generated applications.

Experience with some of the following is highly desirable:

• Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, GitHub Copilot, Replit, Lovable, Bolt, v0, OpenAI API, Anthropic / Claude API, Gemini API, n8n, Make.com, Zapier, Supabase, Firebase, PostgreSQL / SQL, REST APIs, Webhooks, Git / GitHub, Vercel / similar deployment platforms

Coding Knowledge

Experience with one or more of the following is preferred:

• JavaScript / TypeScript, Python, React / Next.js, Node.js, HTML / CSS, SQL
