Metrobank is seeking a Customer Service Representative - Teller to support daily teller operations in the North Luzon Area II region. The role focuses on accurate cash handling, deposits, withdrawals, check encashment, and signature verification, while promoting Metrobank products.

Responsabilités

• Handle cash handling and processing of deposits, withdrawals, check encashment, and account closures.
• Post transaction adjustments to CA/SA terminals at start of banking day.
• Accept and process fund transfers and remittance payments.
• Handle outward clearing operations.
• Promote and sell bank products and services.
