Job summary

SEA Olympus Marketing Inc. is looking for a sales leader to oversee, coach, and monitor Sales Executives to achieve targets. You will initiate action plans to penetrate markets, promote SOMI products, and secure client meetings across Quezon Province and Batangas.

Submit regular reports and uphold company policies while maintaining a positive, collaborative team environment. The role emphasizes field work and strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills to drive growth and brand

Qualifications

At least a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering(Industrial), Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent
Excellent supervisorial skills, expert in negotiation skills, proficient skill in computer for business presentation, proficient in both oral and written communication.
Preferably with 2 years & up Supervisory experienced specializing in Sales or equivalent

Responsibilities

Oversee, coach monitor Sales Executives to ensure sales achievement in accordance to targets set.
Initiate and coordinate development of action plans to penetrate markets & achieve company goals.
Promote & sell SOMI products, seek leads, arrange & do client meetings.
Submit reports & adhere to company policies.
Maintain a positive attitude within sales team that promotes teamwork and a favorable image of the company.
Will do field work along Quezon Province, Batangas.
