OS1 Solutions Inc. is seeking a full-time Sales representative in the Philippines to handle outbound and inbound calls, promote products, and convert leads into closed deals.

You will serve as the primary point of contact, maintaining strong customer relationships and addressing inquiries and complaints to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. You will present products effectively, document all interactions, and strive to meet or surpass sales targets, contributing to the company’s growth.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Proven sales skills.
• Strong focus on customer needs and the ability to handle complaints professionally.
• Familiarity with relevant computer software and systems to manage customer information and sales data.
• A degree in business, marketing or related field may be preferred.

Responsabilités

• Execute outbound/inbound calls to prospects and existing clients to promote products or services aiming to convert leads and close deals.
• Act as a primary point of contact. Maintain a good relationship with customers, addressing their inquiries, complaints and ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Present products or services clearly and explaining their benefits and features to potential customers.
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions, sales and feedback to improve future sales strategies and customer service.
• Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets and quotas, contributing to the growth of the company.
