Responsibilities

• Call leads from an existing database to introduce a new financial product.
• Answer incoming calls about cash loans and close sales.
• Meet and exceed CRM Telesales KPI targets.
• Meet and exceed CRM telesales KPI targets.
• Attend daily/weekly huddles, team meetings, and trainings.
• Join monthly department townhalls and shift work including weekends.
• Follow Employee Discipline Policy and guidelines.
• Participate in available business and systems trainings.
• Share selling ideas with teammates during huddles.

Responsibilities

• Call leads from an existing database of current clients to introduce a new financial product
• Answer incoming calls regarding cash loans and close a sale
• Close a sale through proper product positioning
• Must meet and exceed CRM Telesales KPI Targets
• Attends daily/weekly huddles, team meetings, and training
• Attends monthly department townhalls
• Works on a shifting schedule (holidays and weekends as needed)
• Strictly adheres/follows company Employee Discipline Policy and Guidelines
• Regularly participates in available and relevant business and systems training
• Regularly shares selling ideas and tips with teammates during huddles
