Qualifications

• 2+ years in a telesales quality control or similar QA role.
• Strong knowledge of sales techniques, customer engagement, and compliance with ethical sales practices.
• Understanding of telemarketing regulations and adherence to industry compliance standards.
• Strong analytical skills to assess call trends and identify quality issues.
• Excellent English communication, verbal and written.
• Willingness to work holidays and adjust schedules as needed.
• Flexible availability for office presence for urgent tasks.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular quality audits on telesales calls to ensure script adherence and compliance.
• Evaluate recorded and live calls for accuracy, persuasiveness, and professionalism.
• Develop quality metrics and KPIs to measure telesales effectiveness.
• Analyze call data to identify strengths, weaknesses and improvement opportunities.
• Ensure telesales activities comply with company policies and regulations.
• Conduct training sessions for new hires and transfers to ensure understanding of sales techniques and compliance.
• Provide coaching and feedback based on evaluations.
• Identify opportunities to improve telesales strategies and scripts.
• Prepare and present quality performance reports and action plans to management.
• Collaborate with telesales supervisors to align quality initiatives with business goals.
