Job summary

Skyro is seeking a Telesales Quality Control professional to monitor and improve telesales calls, ensuring adherence to scripts, compliance, and customer service standards. The role includes evaluating calls, developing KPIs, and coaching agents to optimize performance.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years in a telesales QA role, strong analytical abilities, and excellent English communication. Office presence in Taguig with flexible holiday schedules is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Telesales Quality Control or similar QA role.
• Strong knowledge of sales techniques, customer engagement, and compliance with ethical sales practices.
• Understanding of telemarketing regulations and adherence to industry compliance standards.
• Strong analytical skills to assess call trends and identify quality issues.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular quality audits on telesales calls to ensure adherence to sales scripts, compliance standards, and customer service best practices.
• Evaluate recorded and live sales calls to assess accuracy, persuasiveness, professionalism, and compliance.
• Develop and implement quality metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of telesales representatives.
• Analyze call performance data to identify strengths, weaknesses, and improvement opportunities.
• Ensure telesales activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Provide training sessions for new hires and transferred telesales operators on sales techniques and compliance.
• Provide structured feedback and coaching to telesales agents based on evaluations.
• Identify opportunities to enhance telesales strategies and streamline processes.
