Job summary

RAC Phil Corp. in Metro Manila is seeking a driven telesales professional to handle inbound inquiries from marketing campaigns and website traffic, and to perform outbound calls to warm and cold leads.

You will build rapport, persevere through objections, and close sales while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of company products and promotions. A degree is preferred; 1–2 years in telesales and strong communication are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in any field is preferred but not required.
• 1–2 years of relevant telesales experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound calls from prospects via marketing campaigns and organic website traffic.
• Make outbound sales calls to warm and cold leads to register and verify.
• Demonstrate confidence in the ask and close sales.
• Create and manage a callback schedule to reach assigned leads.
• Build trust with customers through active listening to overcome objections and drive sales.
• Maintain knowledge of the company and competitors’ products, promotions and services.
• Work variable schedules as needed.
• Adapt to a fluid and dynamic environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
