Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Medical Doctor/Physician in good standing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with phone- and video-based consultations.
• Proficient with digital healthcare platforms and technology.
• Willing to work full-time, onsite at the facility.
• Experience in healthcare operations rather than solely clinical practice.
• Experience with SOPs, workflows, KPIs, and operational teams.
• OSH/Safety Officer training or certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct telemedicine consultations via phone and video calls.
• Assess patients and determine clinical appropriateness of prescribed medications.
• Help develop SOPs and workflows for telemedicine operations.
• Minimize avoidable order cancellations by streamlining consultations and prescriptions.
• Maintain accurate and complete consultation and prescription records.
• Bridge medical requirements with day-to-day execution across teams and operations.
