Job summary

MedGrocer invites a Teleconsult Doctor to deliver high-quality medical care across the Philippines via our digital platform. You will treat diverse cases, from acute to chronic conditions, and provide wellness guidance from a remote setting.

Onsite training of 2–3 days in Makati is provided; the role requires a laptop, comfort with EMR, and at least 8 hours of weekly shifts (Mondays/Tuesdays/Fridays preferred).

Qualifications

• Registered physician with an updated PRC license.
• Open to both new board passers and experienced physicians.
• Proficient with technology and comfortable using digital health platforms.
• Must have a laptop/desktop (Windows 11 or later, or MacOS Ventura Version 13 or later).
• Accredited Philhealth Physicians will be prioritized; unaccredited physicians are welcome to apply; the company can help facilitate accreditation if necessary.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive teleconsultations for non-emergency health concerns received through the hotline.
• Manage and monitor patients with chronic diseases, developing and adjust care plans through remote consultations.
• Assess patients' conditions and redirect them to appropriate primary care networks or specialists when in-person evaluation is necessary.
• Issue e-prescriptions, laboratory requests, and other necessary medical documents through the platform.
• Maintain accurate, comprehensive, and timely patient records within our EMR system.
