About The Role:

We are looking for a confident, professional, and motivated Telemarketer / Appointment Setter to support the launch and growth of a new business offering an insurance-backed product to the UK property lettings sector.

This is a telephone-based role that requires someone who is comfortable making outbound calls throughout the working day. A database of prospective customers will be provided, and the successful candidate will be responsible for contacting UK letting agencies, introducing the product, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and securing appointments for the Business Development Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to UK letting agencies using a provided prospect database.
• Introduce the insurance-backed product in a clear, professional, and engaging manner.

• Generate interest and identify potential business opportunities.
• Book qualified appointments for the Business Development Team.
• Follow up with prospects when required.
• Handle basic objections professionally and maintain a positive approach.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, outcomes, and appointments.
• Update the CRM or prospect database after each interaction.
• Represent the business professionally when communicating with UK clients and prospects.

Requirements
