Job summary

MedGrocer is seeking a Teleconsult Psychologist to support clients through teletherapy and group consultations. The role offers a fixed monthly income with a work-from-home setup, and occasional Makati office meetings.

You will tailor care plans, deescalate emergencies remotely, and collaborate with the Digital Health Team on triage and scheduling. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Must have a Master's degree in Psychology.
• Qualified as a Registered Psychologist with experience in clinical psychology and psychotherapy.
• Experience addressing job-related stress, financial issues, mood disorders, or related concerns.
• Willingness to work with children and adolescents.
• Willingness to work from home with occasional Makati office meetings.
• Available to work on weekends.

MedGrocer's digitally-enabled medicine programs, telehealth services, and corporate clinic medical staff work with hundreds of employers and pharma companies to improve the physical and mental health of over one million Filipinos every year.

The Teleconsult Psychologist directly supports the mental health needs of clients through individual and group consultations and coordinates mental health initiatives. They conduct teletherapy with a fixed monthly income on a work-from-home set-up.

Minimum Qualifications
