Job summary

MedGrocer seeks a Teleconsult Psychologist to provide teletherapy and individual/group consultations, supporting corporate mental health initiatives for over a million Filipinos.

You will work from home with occasional Makati office meetings, applying evidence-based interventions, crisis de-escalation, and collaborative triage with the Mental Health Team. Fixed monthly income offered.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology required.
• Registered Psychologist with experience in clinical psychology and psychotherapy.
• Experience addressing job-related pressure, financial issues, and mood disorders is preferred.
• Willingness to work with children and adolescents is required.
• Willingness to work from home with occasional meetings at the Makati office.
• Open to working on weekends.

Responsibilities

• Tailor care plans to the needs of each client using evidence-based psychological interventions.
• Deescalate high-risk and emergency cases remotely.
• Apply new intervention methods to improve teleconsultations.
• Collaborate with the Mental Health Team for appropriate client triaging and scheduling.
• Create webinars, workshops and programs focused on mental health in a corporate setting.
