Job summary
SPD Jobs, Inc. seeks a qualified telecom site engineer to oversee technical aspects of projects on site in the Philippines. The role includes planning, progress management, subcontractor coordination, and quality management to ensure timely, within-budget delivery.
The candidate should have a related bachelor’s degree, PE/RE credentials (preferred), and PMP or similar certification. Proficiency in MS Office and strong analytical communication are required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field and/or equivalent experience.
- Professional Electrical Engineer or Registered Electrical Engineer preferred.
- PMI/PMP or similar certification is highly prioritized.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the technical aspects of telecom projects on site.
- Supervise subcontractors and coordinate on-site activities to meet timelines and budget.
- Perform site surveys, ensure access feasibility, and monitor materials/installation quality.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues, propose solutions, and coordinate with clients or team.
- Enforce safety protocols and address hazards to protect personnel and property.
- Maintain clear communication with clients, subcontractors, and project managers.
